Pantone Projects
Carley Lee, the Creative Director and owner of Long Live Simple, embarked on the Pantone Project as a creative exploration of color inspired by nature. This project involved matching natural elements, such as leaves and flowers, with Pantone color swatches and postcards, sharing the captivating results on social media. Collaborating with local businesses like Flourish Flower Farm, The Hop Icecream, Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn, Vortex Doughnuts, Guidon Brewing Co., Beeswax and Butter, and OMG Asheville, Carley’s Pantone posts have become a source of inspiration for many, encouraging others to pause and appreciate the beauty of nature in a new light.
Using a simple setup with natural light, Carley demonstrates that creativity knows no bounds and invites everyone to embark on their own color exploration journey. Whether it’s collecting paint swatches from a hardware store or admiring the colors of seasonal flowers, the Pantone Project serves as a reminder to see the world more deeply and appreciate the full spectrum of colors that surround us. Featured and reposted multiple times by Pantone, the projects have been recognized for their vibrant color palettes and innovative designs.
