Long Live Simple collaborated closely with CRH’s CEO and Property Manager to develop a series of advertisements for their Pelham at 85 location, a premier shopping and dining destination just outside downtown Greenville, SC. This project involved significant aesthetic upgrades to the original shopping center, enhancing its appeal and functionality. Following these upgrades, plans are underway to develop an additional 30,000 square foot shopping center, further solidifying the property’s prominence. Boasting 13 hotels and numerous restaurants, the Pelham at 85 location attracts both travelers and locals alike.
